InstaDL is a free Instagram video downloader. This policy explains what information we process when you use the site, and how we keep it to a minimum. We built InstaDL so you can download videos without creating an account or sharing personal details.

2. Information we do not collect

We do not require registration, and we do not ask for your name, phone number, or identity. Downloaded media is not stored on our servers; content is fetched directly from Instagram and delivered to your device.

3. Information we process

To operate the downloader we process the Instagram URL you submit, and standard technical data such as your IP address and browser user agent. This is used only to fulfill your request, keep the service secure, and prevent abuse. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

4. Cookies and local storage

The site stores small preferences in your browser, such as your theme (light or dark) and language choice. These are kept on your device and are not used to track you across other websites.

5. Third-party services

When you download, the video is loaded from Instagram servers, which may process your request under the privacy policy of Instagram. Our DMCA form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that you are human, and reports are sent through our email provider.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
